Our mission statement has always been to manufacture castings of exceptional quality, regardless of the complexity of the alloy. Our decades of experience, knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the industry have bestowed upon us the definition of QUALITY.
Our Services
Our Services range from Non-Ferrous Castings of varied alloys to High-Speed vertical metal cutting using BandSaw machines. Our material testing is done with the highest industry standards
Infrastructure
Design and Prototyping
We will design and prototype the castings based on requested specifications.
Pattern Development
As we have our own machine shop some of the simple wood patterns, simple die tools and centrifugal flask are manufactured at our end. Any complex patterns or dies we are ably supported by very good pattern makers with vast experience who are good in quality and adhere to delivery schedules.
Sand Moulding
We are producing castings out of Green sand i.e. about 10% of the total production, Co2 moulding process about 20% of the total production which mainly consists of heavy castings weighing upto 400 Kgs single piece, 60% of the total production are produced out off Centrifugal and Die casting process and balance 10% is out off Shell moulding process which was recently started.
Melting
We are having two Oil fired bale out furnace’s having a capacity of 325Kgs and 250Kgs respectively. We are planning to have two more oil fired furnace’s tilting type as we are planning to expand the unit to increase our production rate. The production rate at the present is about 35 to 40 tonnes of finished castings per year.
